At Mishkan, ministry is not carried by one person — it is carried by a team. We believe every member is called to provide specific leadership in the areas where God has gifted them.
Our Pastoral Team Leader provides oversight, ensuring the team stays focused on the vision, functions in healthy unity, maintains clear communication, and keeps all ministry aligned with God’s purpose.
We work together in love and commitment, serving with one heart and one mind to advance the Kingdom of God.
Leadership Structure
Pastor Victor Odundo is a passionate servant leader fully committed to God, his family, and advancing God’s Kingdom in the nations. He is the Founder and Team Leader of Mishkan Ministries in Kampala, Uganda—a ministry dedicated to the Making of Disciples for Christ, fostering Care For One Another, and Expressing Love for our Nation through practical service and outreach
He serves as an Apostolic and Prophetic Bible Teacher, Deliverance Minister, Author, and Christian Counselor. Among his insightful works is the book The Governing Kings and Priests of the Land, which explores manifesting as sons of God through spiritual governance and authority.
Driven by a vision for national transformation, Pastor Victor is a Board Member of the Uganda Jubilee Network, Uganda's leading umbrella organization for the Church. He is also deeply engaged in prayer and intercession as a member of Intercessors of Uganda and the Africa House of Prayer.
