Discipleship extends into everyday professional life, where members spend most of their time. Faith is integrated into work rather than compartmentalized. The goal is to equip believers to be "salt and light" (Matthew 5:13-16) in offices, markets, transport stages, businesses, or farms—turning workplaces into mission fields and leading coworkers into discipleship.
